Cooking Suggestions

• For classic steamed swimming crab: Thaw in the refrigerator, clean thoroughly.
• Steam over high heat for appropriate time until shells turn bright orange-red.
• Serve with ginger-vinegar dipping sauce to highlight the natural sweetness of crab meat.
• For braised or stir-fried crab: Cut into sections, sear in hot oil until shell color changes, add ginger, garlic, scallions and your favorite seasonings, simmer briefly to absorb flavors.
• Do not overcook, which will make the crab meat tough and dry.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking. Never refreeze once fully thawed. Keep packaging sealed to avoid freezer burn and cross-odor contamination.
